Your Body is Telling a Story
In discerning foundational principles of body literacy, we'll delve into how the body reveals deep truths about who we are as women. When we understand how our body exists in a state of health, we will be better equipped to understand the risks and benefits of any other healthcare decision.

Identify the four phases of the menstrual cycle in this lesson. It will explain the changes in the four main hormones that impact menstrual health (estrogen, progesterone, LH, and FSH) and their impacts on the female body.

You might also consider how involved you want your partner to be, which signs you want to track, and how much time you are willing to put into learning the method.

In this lesson we consider the role that men play in supporting women’s health, how a woman’s ability to bring new life into the world affects every facet of her being, why it matters that women are cycle beings, and men are not, and what it means for a man to truly share the responsibility of fertility awareness.
