Our Cost-Free Services

Pregnancy Testing & Ultrasound Verification

We provide lab-quality pregnancy tests at the center and, if needed, an ultrasound to verify the pregnancy and if it is viable. It's important to rule out an ectopic pregnancy or a natural miscarriage. An ultrasound can determine how far along you are and which options are available.

Consultations on Abortions and Your Options

Learn more about abortion pills and procedures, adoption, parenting, and your options. We can also provide information on free resources, aid, and more. You can talk through what you need or are looking for without the pressure or cost involved. We do not financially benefit from your choice.

Referrals and Information

We believe in a holistic approach to any situation, and that is why we have developed a comprehensive and local organization and community referral network.

We can help put you in contact with trusted people and programs that can best support your needs.

Looking for At-Home Abortion Pill Info?

If you are considering the abortion pill, you need to confirm how far along you are. The abortion pill is FDA-approved up to 70 days after your last menstrual period, and your LMP determines the number of pills taken. Due date calculators can only give an estimated date.

The type and cost of abortion depend on multiple factors, and for your health and safety, an ectopic pregnancy should first be ruled out.

Has Your Pregnancy Been Confirmed?

Obstetric ultrasounds can help determine:

  • How far along you are (the approximate age of your pregnancy)

  • Is the pregnancy viable?

  • Is there a potentially life-threatening ectopic (tubal) pregnancy?

  • What abortion methods are available at this trimester?

  • Is your pregnancy developing under normal conditions?

  • Are you carrying a single fetus or multiples (depending on gestational age)?

If you are considering abortion, an ultrasound is used to determine how far along you are and what options are available to you.
